The 2nd International Conference on Maternal Fetal Medicine was organized at the Central Park Medical College, Lahore (CPMC) from April 10-11, 2017. The conference was attended by a large number of doctors from all over Pakistan. The conference program included all aspects of fetal medicine and genetics such as genomic medicine, prenatal diagnosis and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, recent advances in interventional procedures, non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, detection of anomalies, management of high risk pregnancies, psychosocial aspects of genetics and global prevention programs. Leading international and national experts including Dr. Gerald Mason, Prof Yasmin Raashid, Dr. Shenaz Ahmad, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, Maj Gen (R) Suhaib Ahmad, Dr, Hussain Jafri, DrShamaMunim and Dr Imran Waheed were amongst those presented at the conference.
